BREAKFAST

  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1 cup spinach

 LUNCH 
  • Mixed Veggies
  • 3/4 Chicken Breast
  • Black Beans
  • 10 Almonds















POST WORKOUT
  • 1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
  • Bowl of Cherries, banana, apple
  • Oikos
















DINNER
  •  Chicken Breast
  • Mixed Vegetables
  • Black beans
  • Salsa
  • 2 Cups Green Tea
  • Optimen
